A doula is a trained labor supporter who provides a birther and her partner with continuous emotional and physical comfort throughout labor and birth. We also help you to prepare for birth by helping you understand your options and giving you tools to prepare your mind and body.
Your birth is something you will remember all your life, my goal is to help ensure it will be a positive one.
